How can I make changes to my order?  
Simply email us at info@fearlessclub.co.uk (mailto:info@fearlessclub.co.uk) within 12 hours and be sure to include your order number!

How do I know if my order was placed successfully?  
If you received an order confirmation email from us, your order was placed successfully! You can also log into your account to view your order history.

I’ve placed an order, but it says "On Hold" when I check its status. What’s wrong?  
Your shipping address may be incomplete, such as missing street or suite numbers. You will receive an email from us if any issues occur with your order, so please check your Spam/Junk folder if you have not received confirmation. We need further information before processing your order.

Why am I not receiving my order confirmation email?  
If your registered email address is a Hotmail account, the order confirmation email may be in your Spam/Junk folder. If you still cannot find it, please email us at info@fearlessclub.co.uk (mailto:info@fearlessclub.co.uk), and we will investigate further.

How long do orders take to ship?  
Shipping time depends on the shipping method you choose and the destination country. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.

Will COVID-19 affect my order?  
Due to the ongoing situation, logistics and global delivery services may experience temporary delays. Shipping times may be extended as courier services adapt to new arrangements. Thank you for your patience!

How do I track my order?  
Sign in to your account and click on "Track Order." Please note that carrier tracking information may take 1-2 business days to reflect after the order is shipped.

I’ve ordered a few items but can’t find all of them. Where are the missing items?  
Please check all boxes, as we typically package multiple items together. If you still can't find an item, please contact us.

How do I shop for a product?  
Simply select your preferred item, add it to your cart, choose your shipping method, and await dispatch and shipping.

It has been a few months since my order was shipped, and the tracking link has expired. Can I get a refund?  
Please notify us within 14 days of purchase if your order is missing, and we will investigate. No refunds for missing parcels beyond 14 days from the purchase date.

Can I apply online discounts to retail purchases?  
No, online and retail discounts are separate.

Does Fearless Club offer free shipping internationally?  
Yes, we offer free international standard shipping for orders over £100 (after discounts). Due to recent disruptions, some courier services may have limitations. Please select your country at checkout for available shipping methods and costs.

Does Fearless Club accept bulk purchases?

What payment methods do you accept?  
We accept all major debit and credit cards (American Express, Mastercard, Visa), Apple Pay, and PayPal.

Do you accept AMEX Gift Card / Visa Gift Card?  
Unfortunately, we do not accept AMEX Gift Cards, Visa Gift Cards, or Mastercard Gift Cards.
